Lectures

Ian Curtis has been training small groups of health workers, lecturing to large groups and speaking publicly about medical/psychiatric and related matters for most of his medical career spanning 40 years.

Significant amounts of these activities have involved the provision of time and expertise based in the joy of sharing knowledge and teaching without involving professional costs.

His style is to hand out notes. He does not stand still and read from a PowerPoint presentation.

He likes to be interrupted with provocative questions. Ian sees these interactions as two-way participation learning where everyone learns something including the presenter.
